Sanchez : <br /> RE: FIRE INSPECTION — 1333 EAST TURNER ROAD, LODI <br /> On December 14 , 1989, I conducted a reinspection of the premises <br /> indicated above . This inspection revealed the following <br /> conditions remain that shall require correction: <br /> Scale House : <br /> Discontinue using extension--cord-s as permanent wiring under the <br /> desk in the dispatch area and remove or replace with approved <br /> wiring. <br /> Shop Building : <br /> 7 . There shall be a fusib-le link placedonthe solvent cleaning <br /> machine locate-d on -1 h-e--northwest -side--of---the new shop . <br /> Main Office : <br /> - - 12 . Install a cover plateonthe junction box located in the <br /> Administrative Assistant' s secretary' s office on the east <br /> wall . <br /> 13 . Remove extension cords and replace with an approved <br /> multi-plug device having a built-in circuit breaker in the <br /> following locations : <br /> a) Under first desk in administration section <br /> b) Controller ' s office, west wall <br /> c) President ' s office, running VCR and TV next to door <br /> CALWASTl <br />
