Date: <br /> Manufacturer training: <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> NOTES <br /> On site for 4 tanks removal; two 12,000 gallon gasoline tanks and one 12,000 gallon split tank, 6,000 gallon diesel and 6,000 <br /> gallon gasoline(Premium). <br /> Witnessed tanks removal, piping and soil sampling of tank pit and stockpiled, no noticeable rust was observed outside the <br /> tanks and holes were not observed at the bottom of the tanks when it was removed. <br /> Verified no signs of leakage, stains or contamination. <br /> The piping observed were running horizontally from the tanks to the dispensers approximately 20 feet. <br /> -Tanks pit measurements 45.3ft(length)x 33.1ft(width)x 14ft(depth) <br /> -Soil Stock pile volume approximately 250 cubic yards <br /> LEL : <br /> Tank 1 -gasoline LeL 9, oxygen 0% <br /> Tank 2-gasoline LeL 2 ,oxygen 0% <br /> Tank 3- diesel LeL 0, oxygen 2% (split tank) <br /> Tank4- Premium LeL 3, oxygen 0.4% (split tank) <br /> Tanks were cleaned and triple rinse <br /> 1800pounds dry ice was used to inert the tanks. <br /> Sampling was conducted by Evan Schmidt and Robert E Marty(President) of AdvancedGeo Environmental Stockton. <br /> Ten stock piles samples were taken labeled SP1,SP2,SP3, SP4, SP5, SP6, SP7, SP8, SP9 and SP10. <br /> Eight samples was taken below the tanks pit 3 feet into the native soil, one at each end of tank and middle labeled T1-W, <br /> T1-C, T1-E, T2-W, T2-C, T3-E, T3-W and T3-E. <br /> Eight samples was taken at the tanks piping and dispensers 3 feet into the native soil labeled D1, D2, D3, D4, D5, D6, D7 and <br /> P1. <br /> Discussed sampling and analytical requirements with advanced geo environmental. <br /> Verified that the city permit was obtained prior to removal. <br /> No noticeable odor and dark soil was observed around D1. <br /> The tanks rinse was placed in five drums (55 each)to be transported by American Valley Waste <br /> The tanks hauled by West Coast equipment. <br /> The contractor started tanks pit backfill with 3/8 pea gravel self compact to approximately 90%. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign. <br /> FA0003624 SR0082395 SC134 09/15/2020 <br /> EHD 23-01 Rev.8/18/2020 Page 1 of 2 Underground Storage Tank Program Service Request Inspection Report <br />
