ID <br /> numbers are unique to a business and site location. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Go to the DTSC web site at https://dtsc.ca.gov/apply-for-hazardous-waste-epa-id-number/ <br /> to obtain an ID number. Immediately apply for your ID number and submit evidence to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 104 CCR 66262.34(d)(2)No modified contingency plan. <br /> OBSERVATION: The contingency plan was out of date. The emergency coordinator section listed the incorrect <br /> phone number for the terminal manager,Jeremy Clarke and listed Gregory Jackson as the alternate emergency <br /> coordinator. According to Jeremy, Gregory was no longer with the company. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or in <br /> areas directly involved in the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste: the name and emergency <br /> telephone number of the emergency coordinator,the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material, and the <br /> telephone number of the fire department unless the facility has a direct alarm. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The violation was corrected during the inspection by the contingency plan being updated <br /> by Jeremy Clarke. No further action is required to correct this violation. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 119 HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report program data in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br /> OBSERVATION: This business's hazardous waste activities have not been reported on the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS)website. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Each regulated business shall report program data electronically on the CERS <br /> website. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately report your business activities including the hazardous waste program on the <br /> CERS website.
