SAN J D AR I N Environmental Health Department <br /> I Y <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> Antonini Enterprises LLC 701 DARCY PKWY, Lathrop October 27, 2020 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 303 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or decontamination <br /> equipment. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following spill control equipment were observed in the hazardous waste storage area: <br /> -One oil pan observed with approximately one inch of oil accumulating inside. <br /> -Two 5-gallon buckets with approximately one inch of oil accumulating inside. <br /> -One oil pan observed with one inch of used oil accumulating inside located on top of one 500-gallon waste oil tank. <br /> -One approximately 50-gallon diesel tank observed with diesel accumulating in secondary containment area. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All facility spill control equipment shall be maintained as necessary to assure its proper <br /> operation in time of emergency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Bring the oil pans and 5-gallon buckets into proper working order by removing the liquid in <br /> the secondary containment and placing in the proper waste container. Provide a corrective action statement to the <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 403 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous <br /> waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following open hazardous waste storage containers were observed in hazardous waste <br /> storage area: <br /> -One 55-gallon container with waste antifreeze observed with no lid for bunghole. <br /> -One 55-gallon container with used paper oil filters observed with no lid. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A container holding hazardous waste shall always be closed during transfer and <br /> storage, except when it is necessary to add or remove waste. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed <br /> when not adding or removing waste.
