Destroy the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br />Department as required by San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e). <br />E. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br />Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br />Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br />1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br />F. Construction of an individual domestic water well(s) under permit and inspection by the <br />Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br />Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br />G. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be removed and transported to an approved <br />disposal facility in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5-2400. <br />H. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental <br />Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br />
