The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD) has completed the review of the underground storage <br /> tank installation application for 7-Eleven#38616 located at NW corner of Carolyn Weston Blvd. & Manthey Rd, Stockton <br /> (SR0082546). Please provide the following additional information and address the following comments: <br /> 1. The Services Request needs to be signed by the billing party. <br /> 2. Page 3 of the Application for Underground Storage Tank Installation Permit: contractor information and Fire <br /> Permit information were not provided <br /> 3. Page 3 of the Application for Underground Storage Tank Installation Permit: responsible billing party information <br /> and signature were not provided <br /> 4. Page 6 of the Application for Underground Storage Tank: reported capacities for premium unleaded and diesel <br /> are inconsistent with plan drawings. Provide accurate tank capacity information on all documents. <br /> 5. Page 8 of the Application for Underground Storage Tank Installation Permit: tank interstitial space monitoring <br /> sensors& UDC sensors were not provided. <br /> 6. Section I (page 8) of the Application for Underground Storage Tank Installation Permit: all required boxes are not <br /> checked <br /> 7. Page G1.0 incorrectly states that the pipe with the longest run is diesel. Update to provide accurate <br /> information. <br /> 8. Key note#7 on page G4.1 indicate Xerxes 42" round sumps will be used. The drawings and cut sheets indicate <br /> Xerxes 42" DW eight sided sump. Update the plans to reflect the accurate information. <br /> 9. In the engineered plans (page G5.0), UDC piping discusses removing test ports and keeping ports open for <br /> drainage. Vacuum monitored piping in a VPH system should be sealed shut at all times. <br /> 10. The plans indicate ball valves will be placed on vacuum tubing at multiple locations. No additional shut off <br /> valves should be installed between the monitored interstitial spaces and their respective sensors. Remove all <br /> unnecessary ball valves from the plans. <br /> 11. Provide cut sheets for the following UST system components: Flex piping model#FFUL30X18MXM <br /> 12. Provide current contractor's training certifications for installation and testing of all proposed UST <br /> equipment/components. <br /> 13. Provide tank charts for the tanks being used. <br /> 14. Submit a work plan for enhanced leak detection (ELD)testing,to be conducted by a properly licensed individual. <br /> 15. Provide a drawing indicating the locations of all water wells, septic systems, and storm drains. <br /> 16. Provide separate buoyancy calculations for each tank properly signed and stamped by a professional engineer. <br /> 17. The buoyancy calculations were signed and stamped by a registered professional engineer with an expiration <br /> date prior to the date of the plan drawings. The plan drawings were dated 07/29/2020 and the expiration date <br /> of the registered professional engineer expired on 07/28/2020. <br /> 9 <br />
