IN <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 931 PAGE 2 <br /> Section 5 . The affected territory shall be taxed for <br /> existing general bonded indebtedness of the City, if any. No <br /> bond debt exists for the affected districts . <br /> Section 6 . The Commission finds that the affected territory <br /> is uninhabited, that all of the owners have given their written <br /> consent, and that all agencies which would gain territory <br /> consent to a waiver of the conducting authority proceedings. <br /> Section 7 . The Commission hereby waives conducting <br /> authority proceedings, orders the completion of the annexation, <br /> and directs the Executive Officer to execute and file a <br /> Certificate of Completion and a Statement of Boundary Change, <br /> subject to the following conditions : <br /> a. The affected territory shall remain within the <br /> countywide boundary of County Service Area No. 53, <br /> Household Hazardous Waste Management. <br /> b. The City shall provide three copies of a map with <br /> limiting street addresses . <br /> C.
