This report <br /> shows that this method provides a pathogen reduction equivalent <br /> to the requirements of Title 14, California Code of Regulations <br /> Division 7, Section 17868.3 . As local enforcement agency, EHD <br /> approves the alternative method of "Compressed Windrow", with the <br /> understanding that California Waste Recovery Systems will <br /> continue to provide testing and compliance as required, with all <br /> applicable Sections of Chapter 3. 1 (Composting Operation <br /> Regulatory Requirements) of the aforementioned regulations. <br /> If you have any questions please contact Steven Mindt, Sr. REHS, at <br /> (209) 468-0343 of my staff. <br /> Ernest M.
