The project consists of a 23 acre compost- <br /> ing facility at 1333 E. Turner Road in Lodi. <br /> We have determined the proposed project will not adversely affect water quality provided it is built <br /> and operated in accordance with your submittals to this office, Resolution No. 96-031 Conditional <br /> Waiver of Waste Discharge Requirements for Composting Operations, and General Industrial Storm <br /> Water Permit No. CAS000001. <br /> Waste discharge requirements for the California Waste Recovery Systems composting facility are <br /> hereby waived, in accordance with Resolution No. 96-031 (enclosed).
