Board Meeting Agenda Item 5 <br /> July 23-24,2002 Attachment 4 <br /> CALIFORNIA INTEGRATED TE MANAGEMENT BOARD <br /> Resolution 2002-365 <br /> Consideration Of A Revised Full Solid Waste Facilities Permit(Transfer/Processing Station) For <br /> Central Valley Waste Services Inc., San Joaquin County <br /> WHEREAS, the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department acting as the Local Enforcement <br /> Agency(LEA),has submitted to the Board for its review and concurrence with,or objection to, a revised <br /> Solid Waste Facility Permit for Central Valley Waste Services Inc., San Joaquin County; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed permit is to allow for an increase in days of public receipt of waste from six <br /> (6)to seven(7)days per week, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and a change in the owner/operator from California <br /> Waste Removal Systems Inc. to Central Valley Waste Services Inc.; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Lodi Community Development Department, acting as lead agency,prepared an <br /> Environmental Impact Report, SCH No.1990020924, for the facility,approved the project on July 24, <br /> 1991,and filed a Notice of Determination on July 24, 1991; and <br /> WHEREAS, the LEA has certified that the application package is complete and correct,and that the <br /> California Environmental Quality Act(CEQA)document that was prepared for the project supports the <br /> changes in the proposed permit; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board finds the proposed permit is consistent with CEQA; and <br /> WHEREAS, Board staff have evaluated the proposed permit and application package for consistency <br /> with the standards adopted by the Board; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board finds that all state and local requirements for the proposed permit have been met; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the California Integrated Waste Management Board <br /> concurs with the issuance of the Solid Waste Facility Permit No. 39-AA-0017- <br /> CERTIFICATION <br /> The undersigned Executive Director,or his designee,of the California Integrated Waste Management Board <br /> does hereby certify that the foregoing is a full,true,and correct copy of a resolution duly and regularly <br /> adopted at a meeting of the California Integrated Waste Management Board held on July 23-24,2002. <br /> Dated: July 23,2002 <br /> ?Mark Leary <br /> Executive Director <br />
