The fence enclosure is to be installed at the Materials Recovery <br />Facility (MRF) recycling center to prevent the migration of debri and wind-blown trash <br />to neighboring parcels. <br />Please be advised that the fence enclosure is site-specific and is to be installed according <br />to the site plan submitted by Bill Williams. The enclosure is to be installed and <br />constructed as to not obstruct on-site traffic or negatively impact daily operations and <br />routine maintenance of the facility. <br />The proposed fence is not included in the facility Transfer Processing Report.
