The summary of
complaints received is given below:
MRF — April 5, 2004 — Received a complaint from a resident at 775 Guild Avenue concerning
plastic bags on her property. She didn't give her name. Pat Fenton sent an employee right
over to check out situation and cleanup area. Employee picked up bags and apologized to
resident.
TRANSFER STATION — April 14, 2004 — Received call from Tony Coyne/Coyne
Construction, who is property owner directly from Transfer Station. He is going to be building
an industrial complex and is concerned about the accumulation of paper and plastic bags and
general trash that is on the property. We discussed his issues and his concerns and indicated
that we would take some additional measures immediately to ensure that trash doesn't blow out
of the yard when the wind in blowing and the gate is open during regular business hours. We
will have our transfer station sub -hauler start tarping their trucks in a different location to assist
in less paper on the ground to blow around. We exchanged telephone numbers and contacts.
Please feel free to contact me if further information is required or you have additional
questions at (209) 333-5611.
Sincerely,
Central Valle to Services
q1ua A.
