<br /> 210 gallons of of tide soap and 180 gallons of Clorox bleach were found on site that have not been reported.These
<br /> chemicals were found in the laundry room.The max daily for all of the chemicals listed in the chemical inventory is
<br /> not correct. Please list the max daily amount as follows; Southeast outside mechanical room 6 tons or 12,000
<br /> pounds, Northeast chemical room sulfuric acid 500 gallons, Southeast chemical room sulfuric Acid 500 gallons,
<br /> Southeast chemical room tank 1 sodium hypochlorite 500 gallons, Southeast chemical room tank 2 sodium
<br /> hypochlorite 500 gallons, Northeast chemical tank 1 room sodium hypochlorite, Northeast chemical room tank 2
<br /> sodium hypochlorite 500 gallons, West of water park roll up door 2,700 pounds of carbon dioxide, Northeast
<br /> chemical room, 2,700 pounds of carbon dioxide, and 2,000 gallons of diesel.
<br /> Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan.
<br /> Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the
<br /> materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval.
<br /> This is a minor violation.
<br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content.
<br /> The site map was not complete as part of the business plan. The site map is missing the location of adjacent
<br /> streets, storm drains, an evacuation staging area,the location of diesel generator, emergency response equipment
<br /> location(fire extinguisher), clorox bleach, and tide soap.The facility is large and multiple maps can be used. Please
<br /> number the maps as page 1 of 1 or page 1 of 2.
<br /> A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains,
<br /> access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage
<br /> areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the
<br /> map and label as"NA". Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at
<br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval.
<br /> This is a minor violation.
<br /> 7 HSC 25505(a)(3) Failed to electronically submit an adequate ER procedures for a release or threatened release.
<br /> The emergency response(ER)procedures were not complete. The wrong phone number was entered on line C1 as
<br /> the local Unified Program Agency(UPA) phone number. Please enter 209-468-3420 as the local UPA phone
<br /> number for line C1. Please enter the location of the evacuation staging area for line E3.
<br /> A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a release or threatened release of
<br /> hazardous materials, including, but not limited to,the following:
<br /> -immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department(EHD)
<br /> -procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to
<br /> persons, property, or the environment
<br /> -evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice,for the site
<br /> Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the
<br /> correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval.
<br /> This is a Class II violation.
