Turner Road, Lodi, California would like to <br />submit the following report based on the Solid Waste Facility Permit 39 -AA -0017 Section 16, <br />Self Monitoring. The following information is included based upon the self-monitoring program <br />as described in the Report of Facility Information: <br />a) Tonnage Reports of Waste Received <br />b) Summary of all complaints received regarding this facility and the operator's action to <br />resolve these complaints <br />Tonnage Records of waste received along with quantities and types of materials recycled or <br />salvaged can all be found on the January 2015 Central Valley Waste Grid Reports (Appendix A). <br />No complaints were received for January 2015 in regards to the Solid Waste Facility Permit, <br />attached is a print out of the Waste Management Public Comment Management Summary for <br />January 2015 (Appendix B). <br />Please feel free to contact me at 209-333-5644 with any questions or concerns. <br />Sincerely, <br />Gilberto Pineda <br />Transfer Station Manager <br />
