BOX 4025, SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA 95812 <br />September 29, 2015 CERTIFIED MAIL <br />7014 3490 00017726 7192 <br />Mr. Alex Oseguera, Manager <br />Central Valley Waste Services <br />1333 East Turner Road <br />Lodi, CA 95240 <br />SUBJECT: Notice of Intent to Include the Central Valley Waste Services, Facility No. 39 - <br />AA -0017, on the Inventory of Solid, Waste Facilities Which Violate State <br />Minhnum Standards <br />Dear Mr. Oseguera: <br />A review of the monthly Local Enforcement Agency (LEA) inspection reports of July, August, <br />2015 for Central Valley Waste Services indicate that the following State Minimum Standard has <br />been violated during that period: <br />9 Title 14, California Code of Regulations, Section 17867 (a)(2), Litter Control <br />The Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) is required to place on the <br />Inventory of Solid Waste Facilities Which Violate State Minimum, Standards (Inventorjv <br />facilities that have repeat violations of Title 27 or Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations. <br />OVI W41" f-32 "to] all V " I <br />"$Alk <br /># <br />The LEA will continue to be responsible for inspecting your facility on a monthly basis and will <br />also provide written documentation (inspection reports) regarding the compliance status of your <br />facility with respect to the standard cited above.
