Turner Road, Lodi, California would like to <br />submit the following report based on the Solid Waste Facility Permit 39 -AA -0017 Section 16, <br />Self -Monitoring. The following information is included based upon the self-monitoring program <br />as described in the Report of Facility Information: <br />b) Log of Special Occurrences (APPENDIXA) <br />c) Quantities and Types of Materials Recycled or Salvaged (APPENDIX B) <br />d) Results for the Hazardous Waste Screening Program (APPENDIXC) <br />The log of special occurrences can be found in the 2016 Central Valley Waste Yearly Calendar <br />(Appendix A). Tonnage Records of waste received along with quantities and types of materials <br />recycled or salvaged can all be found in the 2016 Central Valley Waste Grid Reports (Appendix <br />B).
