Turner Road, Lodi, California 95241. <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) received application for 5 -year permit <br />review from Waste Management, the operator of Central Valley Waste Services, and conducted permit <br />review pursuant to Title 27 of California Code of Regulation (T27CCR), Section 21675.
