Turner Road, Lodi, California would like to <br />submit the following report based on the Solid Waste Facility Permit 39 -AA -0017 Section 16, <br />Self Monitoring. The following information is included based upon the self-monitoring program <br />as described in the Report of Facility Information: <br />a) Tonnage Reports of Waste Received <br />b) Summary -of all complaints received regarding this facility and the operator's action to <br />resolve these complaints <br />Tonnage Records of waste received along with quantities and types of materials recycled or <br />salvaged can all be found on the September 2017 Central Valley Waste Grid Reports (Appendix <br />A).
