The following information is included based upon the self-monitoring program <br /> as described in the Report of Facility Information: <br /> b) Log of Special Occurrences(APPENDIXA) <br /> c) Quantities and Types of Materials Recycled or Salvaged(APPENDIX B) <br /> d) Results for the Hazardous Waste Screening Program (APPENDIXC) <br /> The log of special occurrences can be found in the 2017 Central Valley Waste Yearly Calendar <br /> (Appendix A). Tonnage Records of waste received along with quantities and types of materials <br /> recycled or salvaged can all be found in the 2017 Central Valley Waste Grid Reports (Appendix <br /> B).
