Beyer Lane, Stockton
APN 101-022-09, SR0082717
The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the Soil
Suitability/Nitrate Loading (SSNL) Study, dated October 9, 2020 and submitted on October 12, 2020
for the above noted location, and has the following comments for your consideration.
The SSNL was prepared to determine the suitability of the above noted parcel for onsite wastewater
treatment system (OWTS) usage and the potential long-term impact of nitrate to groundwater for the
following proposed project.
1. A 4-bedroom home.
Based on the information provided, the EHD can make the following findings:
1. EHD finds that the SSNL Study supports the suitability for standard OWTS or proposed 2,000
gallon septic tank, 1600 square foot filter bed and 3-42" seepage pits, pursuant to San Joaquin
County Ordinance Code Title 9, Section 9-1105.2(d), provided the existing and proposed
OWTS and 100% replacement areas conform to OWTS standards and meet all required
minimum setbacks.
2. The existing domestic well shall be destroyed under EHD permit and inspection prior to
issuance of building permit.
If you have any questions please contact Naseem Ahmed, Senior Registered Environmental Health
Specialist, at nahmed@sjgov.org or (209) 616-3018.
Muniappa Naidu, REHS
Assistant Director
c: Chesney Consulting
1868 E.
