Observed the two cooks wearing a hairnet
while the other was wearing a hat to put their hair in.They stated that they wash their hand regularly and have no knowledge
of licking their finger to grab a wrapper to wrap the tortillas or picking up a phone and going right back to work. I reminded
them that anytime they step away from the kitchen or grab non-food related items in the kitchen, they must wash their hands
before returning to their task. While on site I began to inspect the facility for pest as stated on the complaint. I observed no
pest at this time, however the operator could not show me invoices of when a pest control company services the facility.
Official inspection report emailed.
The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and
Safety Code.If a reinspection is required, fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate.
Received by: Name and Title:
EH Specialist: VICTOR ACEVEDO Phone: (209)616-3023
FA0015393 C00052719 SCO04 10/08/2020
EHD 16-23 Rev.9/16/2020 Page 1 of 1 Food Program Complaint Inspection Report
1868 E.
