COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THAT NONE OF THE COVID GUIDELINES <br />WERE BEING FOLLOWED. THERE WERE NO SIGNS POSTED ON THE DOOR ABOUT MASKS REQUIRED OR <br />SOCIAL DISTANCING, NO MARKINGS ON THE FLOOR FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING, CUSTOMERS HANDLING THE <br />DISPENSER HANDLES TO POUR YOGURT INTO CUPS AND THE HANDLES WERE NOT DISINFECTED <br />AFTERWARDS, SPOONS FOR TOPPINGS NOT DISINFECTED AFTER CUSTOMERS HANDLED THEM, CUSTOMERS <br />FREELY GRABBING SPOONS FROM A CONTAINER HOLDING THE SPOONS, NOT SANITIZING THE IPAD PAYMENT <br />TABLET AFTER CUSTOMERS USED IT. NO SOCIAL DISTANCING FOLLOWED INSIDE. <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />Environmental Health Department <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Went to the facility and spoke withe owner about the complaint. I also informed the owner that I would be doing a routine <br />inspection during this visit. Facility is allowing self-serve in the facility. The owner and employees do wear face coverings. <br />Seating inside is not allowed. <br />The owner will post a sign on the window for customers to see about social distancing and face coverings, and place marks <br />on the floor to show six feet for social distancing. The owner will stop the self-serve. The owner will start disinfecting the <br />computer screen where the customers tap. <br />Owner must follow the state guidelines to prevent the virus from spreading. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
