Every operator of a solid waste facility shall acquire a solid waste facility permit. <br /> B. Either remove all compost and feedstock from the facility, or reduce quanitity of compost and feedstock to <br /> below 12500 cubic yards and submit an Enforcement Agency Notification to EHD. <br /> X 17856(a) -Agricultural Material Composting Operation EA Notification Requirements <br /> Comments: Facility is an unpermitted agricultural composting operation with greater than 12500 cubic yards of <br /> material on site. <br /> A. Agricultural material composting operations shall comply with the Enforcement Agency Notification <br /> requirements set forth in Title 14, California Code of Regulations, Division 7, Chapter 5.0, Article 3.0 <br /> (commencing with section 18100), and the requirements of this Chapter. <br /> B. Either remove all compost and feedstock from the facility, or reduce quantity of compost and feedstock to <br /> below 12500 cubic yards and submit an Enforcement Agency Notification to EHD. <br /> Inspection Report Comments: <br /> Notes: <br /> 1.) Facility has been issued Notice and Order LEA-2017-03 with a compliance deadline of May 20, 2018. <br /> 2.) Per Notice and Order, facility is required to .- <br /> - <br /> - Remove all compostable material from the property by May 20, 2018. <br /> - Provide evidence of sampling pursuant to Title 14 CCR section 17868.2 and Title 14 CCR section 17868.3(b)(1) for all <br /> material that will be removed for land application. <br /> -Submit disposal receipts for all material that is removed for disposal. <br /> -Submit logs documenting date, load amount, and destination for all material removed from the site. <br /> - Either remove all compost and feedstock from the facility, or reduce quantity of compost and feedstock to below 12500 <br /> cubic yards and submit an Enforcement Agency Notification to EHD. <br /> - Submit all documentation required above to: San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, 1868 E. Hazelton <br /> Avenue, Stockton, CA 95205-6232. <br /> 3.) Temperature range of compost on west side of property was 88F to 116F. Temperature range of grape pomace at the <br /> center of the property was 117F to 125F. Temperature range of compost on the east side of the property was 126F to <br /> 130F. <br /> 4.) Regularly take temperatures of material on site and document this information in a log. <br /> 5.) Do not accept additional material on site until requirements of Notice and Order have been met. <br /> 6.)
