Storm and sewer drains. <br /> 2. Emergency response equipment(spill response kits identified in the Emergency <br /> Response/Contingency Plan submittal) <br /> 3. Emergency Shutoffs. <br /> 4. Access and exit points from the street and structure to include the access from the elevator. <br /> 5. The code "00" is used on the map and is not included in the legend. <br /> A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer <br /> drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and <br /> storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility <br /> then list it on the map and label as "NA". <br /> 4 <br />
