The operator stated that there was approximately 10,800 cubic yards of material onsite when the facility resumed post <br /> winter operations. Approximately 7,065 cubic yards of material remains onsite. <br /> 2. The facility has diatomaceous earth onsite as a compost amendment. <br /> 3. No vehicle track-out observed. <br /> 4. Compost last sampled on May 15, 2020. <br /> 4. The temperatures measured for material in windrows ranged from 125°F to 150°F. A pile of overs onsite had an <br /> average temperature of 130°F. The operator stated that he uses the overs, consisting mainly of manure, to season <br /> newly formed windrows. <br /> 5.
