Telephone: (209) 931-8994 <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00052855 <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THIS FACILITY HAS SEVERAL VIOLATIONS AND HEALTH ISSUES. THE WHOLE PLACE IS <br />FILTHY, DRAINS CLOGGED AND SMELLS BAD, FOOD OPEN AND NOT CLEANED, FLOORS FILTHY, AND FLOOR <br />DRAINS CLOGGED. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />Complaint inspection. <br />Upon arrival, I asked the staff to direct me to the direction in which I can speak with a person in charge. The associate stated <br />that there is currently no manage on site at this time due to them leaving. I asked for them to alert the store manager by <br />sending them a message, then began to conduct my inspection. The facility contains food build up underneath most cooking <br />equipment, mainly underneath the preparation table in the center of the kitchen area. There is grease build up near the deep <br />fryer on the left-hand side. The facility also contains a floor drain that is clogged near the chicken preparation area and <br />chicken walk in cooler. There are food items inside of the walk in cooler that are not covered or placed into the proper holding <br />container for storage. A re-inspection was also conducted for the facility and the facility was closed due to rising sewage from <br />the clogged floor drain. A re-inspection will be conducted before the facility can operate.Official inspection report emailed. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
