OBSERVATION: A copy of the contingency plan was not observed on-site during the inspection. -Operator could not provide contingency plan during routine hazardous waste inspection. REGULATION GUIDANCE: A copy of the contingency plan and all revisions to the plan shall be: (a) maintained at the facility; and (b) submitted to all local police departments, fire departments, hospitals, and State and local emergency response teams that may be called upon to provide emergency services. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Maintain a copy of the contingency plan on-site and submit to all required local agencies. Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days. This is a repeat violation, Class II.
