Below <br /> is a listing of the out-of-compliance findings identified in the Inspection Report along with BSRO's response. <br /> Hazardous Waste Generator— Inspection Report <br /> (1) VIOLATION-102—CCR 66262.11 <br /> OBSERVATION:The following was observed in the northeast corner of the shop where the brake lathe <br /> machine is located: Brake lathe shavings observed accumulating on floor and on brake lathe shavings. <br /> Corrective Action: <br /> ✓ An analysis of the brake rotor shavings was conducted in 2019 by Enthalpy Analytical in Orange, <br /> CA. Upon review of the lab report, APEX has concluded that brake rotor shavings are not a <br /> hazardous waste in California.
