Accreditation: <br /> The laboratory testing facility shall maintain ISO/IEC accreditation for the testing of the <br /> following: <br /> 1. Cannabinoids; <br /> 2. Heavy metals; <br /> 3. Microbial impurities; <br /> 4. Mycotoxins; <br /> 5. Residual Pesticides; <br /> 6. Residual solvents and processing chemicals; and <br /> 7. If tested, terpenoids. <br /> The facility shall make all documents and records related to its accreditation available to <br /> licensing authorities upon request. The facility shall also maintain standard operating procedures <br /> and the sampling and testing of all of the above constituents, as well as method validation reports <br /> for the same. <br /> Lab Director: <br /> The Lab Director will be primarily responsible for facility operations. The Lab Director must <br /> have a PhD degree in a chemical,physical or biological science, or a doctoral degree in clinical <br /> laboratory sciences. Such responsibilities shall include: <br /> 1. Maintaining regulatory compliance and quality assurance as to all licensed laboratory <br /> activities; <br /> 2. Ensuring the safety and security of Sample Technician/Couriers; <br /> 3. Maintaining security protocols for facility personnel and inventory; <br /> 4. Maintaining accurate,up to date inventory records and documentation of all sampling, <br /> storage and testing of cannabis on site; <br /> 5. Ensuring the quality and consistency of testing methods and validation; <br />
