No water in interstitial space (for double-walled or double-bottomed tanks). <br />Check overfill equipment to ensure that it is functioning properly; test horns flights. Piping connections and spill container in good working condition and <br />free of visible leaks. Ladders / platforms / walkways secure and free from damage or corrosion. <br />Spill containment free of excess liquids, debris, cracks, corrosion, erosion, fire hazards and other integrity issues. Drain valves closed and in good <br />working condition. Sufficient access to the containment (egress pathways clear / gates and doors operable). <br />Concrete ASTs: No cracks larger than 1/16". Tank exterior clean, coating in good condition, free of rust. Inspect tank openings (nipples, leak detection <br />tubes, etc.) to ensure they are in good condition and sealed.
