2.0 General Facility Information <br />Name of Facility: <br />(RG TRACY PLANT <br />Location of Facility: <br />1728 W. Linne Road <br />Tracy, CA 95376 <br />(209) 933-6980 — Central Dispatch <br />Section 8, Township 3 South, Range 5 East <br />Latitude N 37'41'3a' <br />Longitude W 121°27'12° <br />The elevation of the site is approximately of 170 feet above sea level at the fuel AST's location. <br />The facility occupies a 6 acre parcel of privately -owned land located on the south side of Linne <br />Road. The site is in a developed industrial setting with adjacent rural flat terrain. Surrounding <br />the facility are several parcels hosting industrial, airport, and commercial operations. (Figure 1, <br />"LOCATION MAP"). <br />Type of Facility: <br />The facility serves as a Concrete Ready Mix Batch Plant, Truck Fueling and Parking Facility. <br />Structures at the facility consist of a two-story control/dispatch office, raw material (sand and <br />aggregate) bunkers, hoppers and conveyors, batch plant, and storage buildings with a plant hot <br />water heater and truck parking (Figure 2, SITE PLAN). Oil products are used as fuel. Diesel <br />products are stored in a 10,000 -gallon and a 500 -gallon double wall aboveground storage tank <br />(ASTs) located in the southcentral portion of the facility. The northeast quarter of the site is <br />paved. The remainder of the site, including the area surrounding the concrete pads on which the <br />ASTs are mounted is graded natural material. Water supply for the site is supplied by private <br />well. <br />Drainage off site is possible to the northeast and is directed to a storm water retention basin <br />immediately adjacent to the parcel. The capacity of the pond is sufficient to hold anticipated <br />storm water runoff, industrial discharges and spills. <br />Diesel fuel and other petroleum products are delivered to the facility via tank trucks during <br />normal operating hours. The pliant operates an an as -needed basis with operating personnel <br />borrowed from other company facilities. When operating, typical hours occur between 6:00 a.m. <br />to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Saturday. Personnel include; <br />a batch plant operator, yard person and truck drivers.
