(ECM) is submitting the enclosed boring permit application <br /> for the Supplemental ISCO Injection Project at the California Army National Guard Field <br /> Maintenance Shop #24 located in Stockton, California. ECM has included the following as part <br /> of the application package: <br /> • Completed San Joaquin County — Environmental Health Department (SJEHD) Boring <br /> Permit Application, <br /> • Completed Master File Record Information (MFR) form, <br /> • Brief work scope summary, <br /> • Boring plan figure, and <br /> • Check for$520 to cover the Boring Permit Fee($130) and three separate Inspection Fees <br /> ($390). <br /> We will be completing a total of 29 borings in three (3) mobilizations. The first mobilization is <br /> scheduled during the week of June 30, 2015 and will entail drilling through the concrete slab 10 <br /> to 12 feet bgs using hollow stem and then a star bit or air hammer will be used to break through <br /> the slab. Once the concrete has been passed the boring will be temporarily terminated and sealed <br /> using bentonite and sand until the ISCO injections. The second mobilization will commence the <br /> supplement ISCO injections during the week of July 6, 2015 with the last ISCO injection <br /> mobilization under this permit during the week of August 10, 2015.
