All sensors, leak detectors, spill containers' drain valves, and vacuum <br /> communication testing was conducted today. Spill containers and overfill prevention equipment was tested on <br /> October 29th, 2018. Spill containers must be tested by October 29th, 2019 and overfill prevention equipment <br /> must be tested as required by October 29th, 2021. <br /> NOTES: <br /> The Western Fiberglass spill container shroud boot were cut to size during installation, either provide a written <br /> approval from Western Fiberglass for this modification or install unaltered shroud boots on all spill containers <br /> prior to operating (opening) this site. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
