On-Site Wells <br /> Two wells are located on the Site, a well near the center of the Site and a new well on <br /> the south side of the Site; neither well is currently operational. <br /> Two well permits were identified for the Site from among the files of the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department: <br /> • Permit dated November 2005 for a new domestic well 300 feet deep, with a grout <br /> seal at a depth of 100 feet. The address is listed as 23651 E. Harney Lane, <br /> however, according to Naseem Ahmed, Registered Environmental Health Specialist <br /> at the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, that address referred <br /> to the subject Site prior to a previous minor subdivision (personal communication, <br /> October 6, 2020). <br /> • Permit dated September 2020 for new irrigation well. The well was drilled to 600 <br /> feet, with a grout seal around 100 feet depth. �,�,. se,,OdeF�- a-,4 `SIV®°4e <br /> The permits have been included in Appendix 4 of this report. <br /> Water Sample <br /> Neither well on the Site is currently operational. No water sample was collected as part <br /> of this investigation. <br /> Soil Profile and Geologic Information <br /> The Site is depicted on the Preliminary geologic map of the Lodi 30' x 60' quadrangle, <br /> California (Dawson, 2009). The Site is depicted within map units of the Turlock Lake <br /> formation and the Laguna formation (Plate 9). <br /> The surface and near surface soils located at the Site are reported by the USDA Web <br /> Soil Survey to be composed of Cometa sandy loam, Montpellier-Cometa complex, <br /> Redding gravelly loam, and Rocklin sandy loam (Plate 10) (USDA, 2020).
