In addition, we recommend that <br /> septic tanks be serviced regularly to check inlet and outlet tee condition. Both lids were intact and <br /> in good condition. The inlet tee was in place and in good condition. Tank level was at normal <br /> operating level. Sludge buildup was normal. Overall condition of the tank was good, and tank <br /> appears to be water tight. The outlet tee is in place and is in good condition. This outlet tee is <br /> critical to protect the leaching system and we even recommend putting an effluent filter on the <br /> outlet tee as well. <br /> Sewer tines from structure: to septic tank are not part of this evaluation. <br />
