Central Valley Water Board staff understands that responses to records requests may <br /> be slow and requests that you submit the Sensitive Receptor Survey within 30 days of receipt of <br /> requested records. Please notify Central Valley Water Board staff via email upon receipt of the <br /> requested records. <br /> As previously requested, Site wells MW-2 and MW-7 have been damaged and should be <br /> properly destroyed. Please include a proposal for the destruction of these wells in the Work <br /> Plan due 26 October 2018. <br /> In summary, Central Valley Water Board staff requests the following: <br /> • By 26 October 2018, please submit a Work Plan for assessment of shallow soil across <br /> the Site property between 0 to 5 and 5 to 10 feet bgs that includes analysis of soil <br /> samples for TPHss, heating oil, BTEX, MTBE, and naphthalene, and for PAHs near the <br /> former 350-gallon UST.
