WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS ORDER NO. R5-2008-0148 -28- <br /> LAWRENCE LIVERMORE NATIONAL SECURITY, LLC AND <br /> THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY FOR <br /> LAWRENCE LIVERMORE NATIONAL LABORATORY SITE 300 <br /> SAN JOAQUIN AND ALAMEDA COUNTIES <br /> methods and a plan to assure that overflow will not occur in the future. <br /> 17.The Discharger shall comply with Monitoring and Reporting Program No. R5- <br /> 2008-0148, a part of this Order, and any revisions thereto as ordered by the <br /> Executive Officer. <br /> 18.The Discharger shall comply with the "Standard Provisions and Reporting <br /> Requirements for Waste Discharge Requirements", dated September 2003, a <br /> part of this Order. This attachment and its individual paragraphs are <br /> commonly referenced as "Standard Provision(s)". <br /> 19.In the event of any change in control or ownership of land or waste discharge <br /> facilities described herein, the Discharger shall notify the succeeding owner or <br /> operator of the existence of this Order by letter, a copy of which shall be <br /> immediately forwarded to the Regional Water Board. <br /> 20.The Discharger shall comply with all applicable provisions of Title 27 and 40 <br /> CFR Part 258 that are not specifically referenced in this Order. <br /> 21 .The Regional Water Board will review this Order periodically and will revise <br /> requirements when necessary. <br /> 22.The Discharger shall maintain a copy of this Order at the facility and make it <br /> available at all times to facility operating personnel, who shall be familiar with <br /> its contents, and to regulatory agency personnel. <br /> I, PAMELA C.
