With the sale there will be some changes. Effective October 31, <br /> 2013 CRI Property Management has been hired by the new owner to perform property management services for the park <br /> Within the next 3-6 months CRI will prepare and distribute new leases for residents signatures. The general terms and conditions of your <br /> current lease will remain unchanged however their may be some changes and or disclosures added to terms as necessary to comply with <br /> new laws/policy. Residents will have the option to choose A month to month or up to a year lease. <br /> CRI requires that you mail in your rent payments to our office at the address below. Each month you will receive a rent statement <br /> between the 15th and 25th of the month. Payments are to be paid in the form of a personal check,money order,or cashier's check. No <br /> cash or partial payments will be accepted. Please be sure to write your space number on your check and or enclose a portion of your <br /> billing statement with your payment to insure proper credit to your account. Payments are expected to be in our office no later than the 5th <br /> day of every month. Late fee's will apply if your rent is received after the 5th. <br /> Ed Koache will continue to be your on-site manager,however he will not take rent payments(unless they are late). Residents are to direct <br /> all calls for maintenance and or questions regarding rental accounts to our office. <br /> Lastly,we ask your cooperation in completing and returningthe enclosed resident update form to our office via fax,email,or with your <br /> next rent payment. We look forward to working together in continuing to establish The Country Squire Mobile Estates as a resident <br /> friendly community.
