FINDINGS FOR MINOR SUBDIVISION <br />PA -2000109 <br />EUGENE T. STODDART / DILLON & MURPHY <br />1. The proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan, any applicable Master Plan, Specific <br />Plan, and Special Purpose Plan and any other applicable plan adopted by the County. <br />• This finding can be made because the proposed Minor Subdivision Map PA -2000109 is <br />consistent with the General Plan, any applicable Specific Plan and Special Purpose Plan <br />and any other applicable plan adopted by the County because the AL -5 land use designation <br />permits the division proposed. Further, no specific plans are involved. <br />2. The design or improvement of the proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan and any <br />applicable Specific Plan or Special Purpose Plan. <br />• This finding can be made because the design or improvement of the proposed subdivision <br />is consistent with the General Plan and any applicable Specific Plan or Special Purpose Plan <br />because the design and improvements meet the minimum standards contained in the <br />General Plan as reflected in the Tentative Map. <br />3. The site is physically suitable for the type of development proposed. <br />• This finding can be made because the site is physically suitable for the type of development <br />proposed because all development requirements contained in the Development Title and all <br />minimum County standards are met. <br />4. The site is physically suitable for the proposed density of development. <br />• This finding can be made because the site is physically suitable for the proposed density of <br />development because the number of parcels proposed is consistent with the General Plan <br />density. <br />5.
