Hwy 26, Stockton, CA <br /> Shady Rest Mobile Home Park (APN: 089-190-03) <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD) has reviewed your engineer designed <br /> septic system plan for above mentioned location. This plan was submitted to EHD on October 22, 2019. <br /> The EHD cannot approve this plan check at this time. The followings are required for further review: <br /> 1. Provide a report of evaluation to the existing Onsite Wastewater Treatment System (OWTS) <br /> including, but not limit to, capacity of existing septic tanks and dispersal fields. Any commercial <br /> OWTS which has had more than one repair in the previous ten years period due to dispersal failed <br /> failure shall be evaluated by a Qualified Professional, OWTS standards 6.5. The last two repair <br /> permits were finalized on 12/18/2013 and 7/23/2010. <br /> 2. Provide a complete scaled plot plan of the area showing wells, structures, sanitary sewerage lines, <br /> water lines and total proposed land use. OWTS Standards 7.1.1. <br /> 3. Provide the percolation rates of leach fields or seepage pits. The percolation rates of leach fields or <br /> seepage pits shall be calculated and figures shown on the plans. An expansion area equal in size to <br /> the original dispersal field shall be so designated on the plan to be utilized in the event of failure of <br /> the original dispersal field, OWTS Standard 7.1.5. A percolation test conducted in accordance with <br /> the E.P.A. Design Manual. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. <br /> 4. Provide correct rock size in the seepage pit. The seepage pit shall be filled with rock one (1) inch to <br /> two and one-half(2.5) inches in diameter, to the top of the barrier trench, OTWS Standards, 9.9.5. <br /> 5.
