Time In: 1:51 pm <br /> Time Out: 2:29 om <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: RICH PLATE RESTAURANT Date: 11/19/2020 <br /> Address: 13410 E HWY 88 , LOCKEFORD 95237 <br /> Owner/Operator: Telephone: (209)727-0000 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00052990 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> FACILITY IS STILL ALLOWING INSIDE DINING. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection. <br /> Upon arrival, I spoke with the owner in regards to the complaint. The owner stated that when dine-in was allowed, most tables <br /> from the outside were taken down in order to allow more guests to dine inside. However, after the new order has been placed <br /> for outdoor dining,the owner has only placed two tables outside and has not placed more at this time. The owner stated that <br /> guest were still dining inside until he received word of the order on Tuesday and prevent guest from dining indoors. He <br /> continued to state that guests are given the choice to dine outside of take a plate to go.
