THE MAJORITY OF THE <br /> KITCHEN STAFF DON'T WEAR MASKS. EVERY FRIDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHTS THE BAR IS PACKED WITH <br /> CUSTOMERS AND THEY DON'T ENFORCE ANY COVID RESTRICTIONS. THEY CONTINUE TO DO INDOOR DINING <br /> AT FULL CAPACITY EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE FULLY AWARE THAT WE ARE BACK IN PURPLE TIER.A STAFF <br /> WAS RECENTLY DIAGNOSE WITH COVID AND THE OWNERS DECIDED TO NOT SHARE THAT INFORMATION <br /> WITH THEIR STAFF. NO PROPER PROTOCOLS WERE TAKEN. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Went to the facility and spoke with a manager. I informed him about the complaint, above, regarding not following the state <br /> order during the purple tier. He informed me that during the day all the customers sit outside and they set the tables 6 feet <br /> apart. He works during the day only and he is not aware about what happens at night.The manager informed me that as far <br /> as he knows the events are canceled for now. <br /> All of the staff inside are wearing masks/face coverings. Signs to follow social distancing are being provided on the doors.The <br /> one on the main entrance door fell off. They are providing sanitizers at the front/entrance areas. <br /> Currently only take out is being conducted.There are outdoor areas set up with only one side wall open. Note:the outdoor <br /> areas are suppose have 3 wall sides open. I informed the manager that only take out and outdoor dining should be conducted <br /> at this time and only people in the same household can sit together.
