According to the map, the Site is in a
rural area at an elevation of approximately 100 feet above sea level. The area is nearly level with a very
low topographic gradient to the northeast.
4.4 HISTORICAL USE INFORMATION ON THE SITE
City directories and Sanborn Fire Insurance Maps are not available for the Site. Historical use information
on the Site was researched using aerial photographs and historical USGS topographic maps received from
EDRO.
Aerial photographs from 1957, 1982, and 1994 were reviewed. The Site appears to be agricultural land in
the 1957 photo. Mountain House Creek is visible intersecting the Site from the northeast to the southwest
along the eastern border of the property. A farm complex with trees is apparent along the southeastern
side of the creek. Roads are along the field boundaries on the Site. There are no changes to the Site in the
1982 and 1994 photos.
Historical topographic maps from 1916, 1952, 1968, and 1978 were reviewed. The Site appears to be
agricultural land in the 1916 map. The creek is shown passing through the Site from the southwest to the
northeast. A building is shown along the southeastern side of the creek at the end of a private road.
Another structure is also shown along the southeastern side of the creek further down the creek. The
structure along the creek and at the end of the private road still remains in the 1952 map. The other
1 a CONDOR
