Stevenson; thence along the center line of said levee the following courses and distances: North 49° 38' west 199.5 feet; thence north 61° 48' west 290 feet to the point of beginning of the property hereinafter described; thence leaving said levee south 0° 49' east, 100 feet; thence parallel with said levee, north 61' 48' west 200 feet; thence north 0° 49' west 100 feet to a point on the center line of said levee; thence south 61' 48' east 200 feet to the point of beginning. Also a strip of land lying north of the above described parcel and extending to the south bank of the Old River.
