C�"4 , <br /> April 10, 2019 <br /> Good morning Paul; <br /> Please find enclosed, the Soil/Groundwater Testing Report for Building E&E and Building A&B. <br /> A copy has been forwarded to Mark Eshelman at Phelan. <br /> I did receive your email from yesterday afternoon and I will review ASAP. <br /> I still have not received the effluent test results from the Lab. I have called them a couple of <br /> times and they expect to be finished early next week.
