BOX 711 <br />ATTN: GASOLINE COMPLIANCE, LOC 148 <br />DALLAS, TX 75221 <br /> <br /> <br />Subject: SR0081819, UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK (UST) PERMANENT CLOSURE LOCATED <br />AT 7-Eleven Inc #20632, 4627 Da Vinci Dr., Stockton, CA 95207 <br /> <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department has reviewed the provided underground <br />storage tank (UST) closure documentation and analytical results of the soil samples taken from beneath <br />the following UST tank system[s] that were removed from the above site on December 1, 2020: <br /> <br />CERS Tank ID Tank Contents Tank Capacity Closure Date Closure Type <br />10165883-001 87 GASOLINE 10,000 GALLONS 12/01/2020 REMOVAL <br />10165883-002 91 GASOLINE 10,000 GALLONS 12/01/2020 REMOVAL <br /> <br />This letter confirms that the UST Owner/Operator has adequately completed the UST closure in <br />accordance with H&SC Section 25298, subdivision (c) and UST Regulations, CCR, Title 23, Sections 2670 <br />and 2672; with the provision that the information provided to this agency was accurate and representative <br />of existing site conditions. <br /> <br />Please be advised that you are required to maintain UST closure soil and groundwater analytical results <br />for at least 36 months from the permanent closure date listed in the table above. The Regional Water <br />Quality Control Board may also require additional investigation and/or remediation. <br /> <br />This letter does not relieve the subject site owner of any liability under the California Health and Safety <br />Code or Water Code for past, present, or future operations at the site, nor does it relieve the owner of the <br />responsibility to address existing, additional or previously unidentified conditions at the site which cause <br />or threaten to cause pollution or nuisance or otherwise pose a threat to water quality or public health. <br />Additionally, be advised that changes in the present or proposed use of the site may require further site <br />characterization and mitigation activity.
