COMPLAINANT ALSO ALLEGES THE FACILITY IS DIRTY. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #30 Food Storage/Display Properly Labeled <br /> OBSERVATIONS: Observed cubed pork that is wrapped in plastic stored next to rice that is wrapped in plastic in reach-in <br /> freezer. <br /> Store raw food separate from ready to eat food. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Food shall be stored in approved containers and labeled as to contents. Food shall be stored at least 6" <br /> above the floor on approved shelving. (114047, 114049, 114051, 114053, 114055, 114067(h), 114069 (b)) <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP° F --COMMENTS <br /> beans--steam table-- 165.00° F rice--steam table-- 183.00° F <br /> beef--steam table-- 174.00°F 2 door upright Victory referigerator--42.00°F <br /> NOTES <br /> I went to the facility and spoke to the owner who was not aware of the compliant prior to this investigation. <br /> Per owner and owner's son and daughter there recently have been several complaints, as they had to contact law <br /> enforcement regarding the people loitering and cars are using the back lot to do"doughnuts". <br /> There has also been a complaint alleging that hot sauce was placed on the food purposefully(customer was not aware of hot <br /> sauce on food and hot sauce was very hot.) <br /> There have been no sick employees for the last two weeks. <br /> Beans and beef burritos are prepared with beans, rice, beef, cilantro and onion. <br /> Sauce is optional. <br /> Beef comes to the facility and is cut and placed in the freezer or the 2 door Upright refrigerator. <br /> Beans and rice are prepared once in the morning and are cooled and placed in the freezer. <br /> Beans and rice that are for service are placed on the steam table.When more beans and rice are needed they are reheated <br /> on the stove and placed on the steam table. <br /> I observed dry storage area where tortillas are stored in original plastic wrap and stored in plastic food bin. <br /> Tortillas that are ready to be served are stored next to stove in original plastic wrap until food is ordered and assembled. <br /> Tongs are used to assemble food. <br /> Hand wash sinks are stocked with soap and paper towels and have warm water. <br /> FA0001458 C00052871 SCO04 11/02/2020 <br /> EH 16-23 Rev.9/16/2020 Page 1 of 2 Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> 1868 E.
