EMPLOYEES ARE CLEANING IT UP AND THE STORE IS STILL OPEN." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Store Manager is on site and is aware of the nature of the complaint. <br /> Per Store Manager, at around 8am this morning, the floor sink under the 2 comp prep sink had a clog and there was surfacing <br /> waste water. A plumber was called out and the drain was cleared. At the time of the incident, the bakery department had not <br /> started preparing product/there was no product contamination. <br /> At the time of the inspection, the drain is clear and free-flowing. Facility has hot water. <br /> No signature obtained /COVID-19 <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
