Hello Jason, The following are responses to your comments: Item 102 Metal Fines Although the Federal EPA and many states acknowledge that a de minimus (1 kg per year) amount of metal shaving would have a negligible impact on the environment, we understand that California does not recognize a de minimus amount under code. We have reached out to vendor at Safety Kleen to properly profile these shavings and will begin to store them in a 5 gallon bucket and deposed of every 180 days as a small quality generator and will be picked up with our next schedule pickup. Item 110 Uniform Manifest We participate in e-manifests with our partner Safety Kleen. As you probably know you can look up all of our manifest numbers from the DTSC as the final copies had been submitted via electronic method to the DTSC via the final facility. It is our understanding that to reduce, resuse and recycle that printed copies of e-manifests are no longer needed at the facility. I have attached a copy of the final e-manifest for the last year. Verification that they have been submitted to the DTSC can be verified by reviewing that the manifest numbers are listed on the DTSC website. Item 403 Used Oil Filters Used oil filters will be cleaned up once a day and stored in a container that is secured with a metal rig or other implement to prevent spillage if the storage container was accidentally knocked over. Item 206 Empty 55-gallon container of previous grease storage This container has been moved to the hazardous storage area to be removed with the next scheduled pick up. Item 605 Used Oil Filters Tub not labeled The tub is not intended for long term storage and only as an daily implement to allow the filters to drain to properly dispose of materials. It will be labeled with a Waste Oil sticker. Oil filters will be transferred daily from the tub to a secured drum. i
