The OWTS is engineer-designed using <br /> pressure distribution system to mitigate the potential long-term impact of Nitrate-Nitrogen on <br /> groundwater for a proposed two-bedroom second unit dwelling residence on a 1.61 acres lot. The <br /> engineer-designed system is approved with following conditions: <br /> 1. All equipment shall be maintained in accordance with manufacturer's recommendation. <br /> 2.
